O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Arulmigu Sree Putru Mariamman Temple Festival at Siruvachur Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District on 04.05.2022 between 6.00PM to 11.00PM by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent on 08.04.2022 and it is also served to the petitioner on the same day. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
