The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.01.2023 made by the petitioner for grant of monetary benefits and pensionary benefits for long period of 14 years of service rendered by the him, based on the judgement of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 670 of 2020, dated 16.04.2020, by granting liberty to approach the authorities concerned to consider his request within a time frame.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2023 in view of the judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court W.A. No. 670 of 2020, dated 16.04.2020 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass 2/4
orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
