ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the post erected in front of the petitioner's property, based on Page No.1 of 4
the petitioner's representation, dated 05.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, despite several representations having been given, which includes the last representation on 05.02.2026, the respondents 1 and 2 have not removed the post placed by the 3rd respondent unauthorizedly. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 3rd respondent and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.02.2026 seeking removal of the post alleged to have been placed by the 3rd respondent in front of the petitioner's property, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 3rd respondent and any other party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
