ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2023 and issue further direction through 1st respondent to investigate the complaint made by the petitioner on the representation dated 15.05.2023 submitted to the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.
2. At the outset, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that, after conducting enquiry, complaint lodged by the petitioner has been closed.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
