[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the petitioners minor daughter Veera Sabari, aged about 16 = years, who is in the custody of fourth respondent herein and hand over to the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

The Medical Certificate issued by the Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital, Coimbatore, dated 27.09.2018 forwarded to this Court through the second respondent informs that in keeping with the directions of this Court, pregnancy of minor girl has been terminated. The procedure there regards having been completed on 10.09.2018, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
