O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to secure the accused persons arrayed in F.I.R.No.101 of 2017, on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still going on.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered by this Court. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the investigation in Crime No.101 of 2017 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
