T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J., AP Pursuant to the order of this Court made in WP.No.6370/2013 dated 23.04.2013, an order has been passed by the respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner for sub-division on the ground that the plot is an unapproved layout. This was communicated to the petitioner vide Memo dated 25.07.2013, followed by a further communication dated 27.10.2014, addressed to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved by those communications, she should challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.
