Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for first respondent and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for second respondent.

2. Considering the grounds raised by the petitioner, leave is granted.

Registry is directed to number the recall petition and post it for hearing on 13.08.2025. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel for first respondent and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for second respondent. It is made clear that by then, the first respondent shall file counter and the main case will be taken for final hearing.
