No.13863 of 2023 has been converted as writ petition by a judicial order of another Honourable Division Bench and the same has been disposed of in and by an order dated 17.03.2023 wherein interalia interim bail has been granted to the detenu (two days being 18.03.2023 and 19.03.2023) for attending funeral/last rites of the detenu's nephew (sister's son) on certain conditions. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioner today. However, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor submits on instructions that after attending funeral/last rites of his nephew, the petitioner has since surrendered on 19.03.2023.
