This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.543 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition in Crl.O.P.No.543 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month viz.,on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police H-3, Tondiarpet Police Station, Chennai.
