ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.03.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 307,302 of I.P.C altered to 380, 511, 307, 302 of I.P.C altered to 120(b),380,511,307 and 302 of I.P.C in Crime No.72 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other person stabbed the defacto complainant and her mother with knife and both of them were admitted to the hospital, where, the defacto complainant's mother died. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. . 4.The learned additional public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner said to have caused to injuries to the defacto complainant and murdered the mother of the defacto complainant. She further submits that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 vide order dated 09.04.2021 in 101/BCDFGISSSV/2021 by the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai. Hence she vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts of the case and submissions so made by the learned additional public prosecutor, this Court is not inclined https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
