This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the noncompliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.24838 of 2017 dated 17.11.2017.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Boopathy, the Inspector of Police, Pachal Police Station, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District/respondent is personally present before this Court and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet has been laid and taken on file in C.C.No.63 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam.
