Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondent Authorities to return all original certificates of the Petitioner that were submitted by him at the time of his admission to M.D. (General Medicine) course during the year 2015 at the 3rd Respondent college along with his Post Graduation Certificates.

Read this order in conjunction with order dated 08.04.2022, which reads as follows:

'Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents and seeks some time to obtain instructions and file a counter.

2. The bond period qua these petitioners expired in 2020, seeing as they have completed the course in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

3. The only question remaining to be ascertained is as to whether offers of employment were made to the petitioners, that were rejected/ refused to be received.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced written instructions to state that no order of posting was granted to the candidate i.e. Dr.Nithin K and that the period of bond was completed on 10.02.2022. Thus, the petitioner is entitled to return of the bond and shall be handed back the same within 24 hours from today.

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
