ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.396 of 2025 by an order dated 23.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and appear before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.396 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.
