PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, prayed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR, based on the petitioner's complaint dated on 23.03.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register an F.I.R based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, C.S.R.No.47 of 2021 has been issued. Thereafter, a detailed enquiry was conducted and found that all the allegations are civil in nature and closed the same on 23.03.2021.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law.
