The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.02.2026 for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 311, 125, 324(2) and 351(3) of BNSS read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.29 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When this case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the proceedings of the Commissioner of Police dated 05.03.2026 in No.33/j/eh/j/fh-M/fh/M-2026 stating that the petitioner has already been detained under Goondas Act.
Recording, the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
