Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to implement the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.46337/08/E3 dated 26.05.2008 consequently direct the 2 to 3 respondents to pay bonus as per G.O.Ms.No.690 dated 28.12.2006, G.O.Ms.No.3 dated 5.1.2008 and G.O.Ms.No.556 dated 30.12.2008 to the members of the petitioner union.
