petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in the case was completed and the case was closed as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice has also been served on the de facto complainant. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the case was taken on file in Crl.M.P.No.20761 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvallur and the next date of hearing is 04.04.2024.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
