O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 03.06.2023 and to dispose the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is passed as against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent/R3 is dispensed with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner preferred an appeal on 03.06.2023 before the first respondent. Since there is no response from the first respondent till date, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel

on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to issue notice to the petitioner, third respondent, adjacent land owners of four boundaries of the subject property and interested parties/rival claimants/objectors/aggrieved parties, if any, as the case may be and heard the appeal and disposed of same on merits and in accordance with law, if already not disposed of. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
