ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every Month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.482 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20927 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20927 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.482 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20927 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
