This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.19 of 2018 dated 31.12.2018 on the filed of the All Women Police Station, Krishnagiri and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent. 3.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners submitted that in the mediation held between both the parties before the Family Court Mediation Centre, Chennai, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and have entered into a joint memo of compromise. 4.In view of the amicable settlement arrived between the parties, no further orders are required in the present Criminal Original Petition. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
