ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 29.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 273, 328, 511 of IPC r/w 6(b), 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Crime No.133 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein was found in possession of 2250 packets of banned Hans and 564 packets of cool lips. Both were banned by the State Government under Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003. The banned products are found in the shop of the petitioner herein kept it for selling to the public. Since the petitioner was arrested recently and investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
