This application has been filed by the applicant/1st defendant to direct the 4th respondent Mr.Karthikeyan Pandurengan, Proprietor of Majestic Engineering & Components at No.11, Kalyani Industrial Estate, Athipet, Chennai-600 058 directly to deposit the monthly rents to this Court or this applicant till the disposal of the main suit.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both parties are present along with their respective counsel.

3. After the mutual discussion between the parties, learned counsel on either side submitted that both the parties agreed to share the rental income derives from the Item 1 of the suit 'A" schedule property viz., Plot No.11, Athipattu Village, till the disposal of the main suit.

4. Accordingly, the respondents 1 and 2 /plaintiffs 1 & 2 agreed to give 35% out of Rs.1,10,000/- to the applicant/1st defendant as rental income derives from the Item 1 of the suit 'A' schedule property on or before10th of every month, till the disposal of the main suit. The applicant/1st defendant also agrees to receive the said amount.

5. In view of the above, this application is disposed of.

6. Registry is directed to list the matter before the Additional MasterIV for recording evidence on 05.11.2024 and the same shall be completed within a period of six months.
