(CRIME NO.1598 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by its order dated 20.07.2020 in Crl.OP.No.10781 of 2020 with conditions the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by its order dated 20.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10781 of 2020 with conditions the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every hearing date without fail.
