ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner questions the grant of compassionate appointment to the 7th respondent, who is his younger brother. The petitioner also lodged a complaint to the respondents in this regard. As the respondents did not take any action on the complaint, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 17.10.2024 and as even thereafter, no action was taken by the respondents, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner had originally given a representation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister's Grievance Cell on 17.10.2024, which was forwarded to the Joint Director, Higher Secondary School Education Department. The petitioner also sent a representation on 26.11.2024, to the respondents. Learned Additional Government Pleader further submits that the respondents on 10.01.2025, on consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2024, passed an order directing the respondents 3 and 5 to conduct further enquiry in as much as the allegations were serious in nature.

4. In view of the fact that the respondents have taken action on the petitioner's representation, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

5. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
