ORDER

The impugned Tender Notice dated 11.03.2013 was issued by the 1st respondent, stating that the licence for collection of parking fee in heavy vehicles parking area in Bus and Truck Terminal Complex, Madhavaram, Chennai - 110. The period of licence was only 12 months. The licence period would have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

long year back lapsed. Now we are in 2022. If at all, any Tender Notice issued in future, the petitioner can participate in the same. As of now, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
