This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, for condoning the delay of 554 days in filing the restoration application.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed this petition along with the restoration petition viz., W.M.P.SR.No.28401 of 2021.

3. Mr.G.Nanmaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
