Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for disobeying and flouting the order of this Court dated 13.10.2015 in W.P.Nos.32654, 32652, 32651 and 32653 of 2015.

Pleader in all the Contempt Petitions COMMON ORDER There is no representation for the petitioners. 2.Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.32654, 32652, 32651 and 32653 of 2015 dated 13.10.2015, these contempt petitions have been filed. 3.When the contempt petitions are taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that

after due enquiry, an order was passed by the Tahsildar, Annur in and by the proceedings dated 25.11.2016 in R.C.12930/2015/A5(4/4), R.C.12930/2015/A5(2/4), R.C.12930/2015/A5(1/4) and R.C.12930/2015/A5(4/4) respectively and copies of the said proceedings have been produced before this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, the contempt petitions stand closed.
