Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to survey the petitioner land and to make necessary corrections in the revenue records in respect of the extent of the petitioner land measuring about 15.8 meter (52 sq.ft.) instead of 13.8 mtr (441/4 sq.ft.) situate in S.No.451/12, Siruvathur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District within a reasonable time as this Court may deem fit and proper.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to survey the petitioners' land and to make necessary corrections in the revenue records in respect of the extent of the petitioners' land measuring about 15.8 meter (52 sq.ft.) instead of 13.8 mtr (441/4 sq.ft.) situate in S.No.451/12, Siruvathur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard, Mr.V.Hemnath, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioners dated 25.11.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the petitioners' land and to make necessary corrections in the revenue records in respect of the extent of the petitioners' land measuring about 15.8 meter (52 sq.ft.) instead of 13.8 mtr (441/4 sq.ft.) situate in S.No.451/12, Siruvathur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
