This petition has been filed to relax the condition directing the petitioner to appear before Srivilliputhur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 am., until further orders and not to enter the occurrence place, imposed by the judgment dated 22.03.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.136 of 2022. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Villupuram, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
