The above Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Hon'ble Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram to reconstruct the records in LAOP No.1109/2008.

2. The learned Government Advocate, Mr.N.Muthuvel, on instruction would submit that within a period of 4 weeks the government's document will be submitted before the Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram in LAOP.No.1109/2008. On such production of the document, the learned Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram shall re-construct the bundles and issue notice to the parties for hearing. Considering the fact that LAOP is of the year 2008, the learned Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of the same within a period of 8 months from the date of reconstruction of the bundle.

3. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
