This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) i.e., reporting before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in its order dated 05.02.2025 in Crl.OP.No.2444 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) i.e., reporting before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.2444 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 is relaxed.
