This petition has been filed to relax the condition directing the petitioner to appear before Srivilliputhur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 am., until further orders and not to enter the occurrence place, imposed by the judgment dated 22.03.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.141 of 2022.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. According to the respondent police the petitioner comply the condition without any deviation.

3. Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Villupuram, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order. Further the petitioner is permitted to enter the occurrence place to attend the peace committee meeting held before the Revenue Division Officer and the Collector, Thiruvannamalai District, on the particular date only.
