ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to insert the petitioner's name and his deceased father's legal heirs names in patta No.1822 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on his representation dated 04.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 9, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections from the private respondents as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time
frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2026 seeking to insert his name and his father's legal heirs names in Patta No.1822 for the subject property, after hearing the objections from the private respondents as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs.
