C.M.P.No.17292 of 2021 in Cross.Obj.SR.No.38634 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to exempt the cross objectors to pay the balance court fee amount of Rs.60,934/-.

2. On perusal of the records, I find that in C.M.A.No.1850 of 2020 filed by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Limited, Salem, this Court has granted interim stay on 11.12.2020 in C.M.P.No.2698 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.1850 of 2020 on condition that the appellant/Transport Corporation shall deposit 50% of the award amount together with interest as on date to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.90 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Hosur on or before 11.01.2021. However, the claim petitioners have not realized the said amount.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the cross objection and post the matter along with appeal on 15.02.2024.
