Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11358 dated 02/07/2021 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 02.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11358 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
