3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Principal Sub-Court, Dharmapuri, is directed to dispose the case in Crl.M.P.No.5 of 2025, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
