This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13923 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the North Police Station, Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m., till 10.07.2022 and thereafter as and when required.
