The appellants have filed the present appeal challenging the order of this Court dated 13.07.2016 made in W.P.No.23366 of 2016. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submitted that pending Writ Appeal, the documents are released and proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 are completed, the respondent paid stamp duty and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Appeal.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
