O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.139 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) of BNS r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.139 of 2024 has been completed and the final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate on 30.12.2024.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
