This petition has been filed seeking to restore the C.M.S.A., which is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Since sufficient cause has been shown by the petitioner for allowing this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for and C.M.S.A. No.39 of 2011 is restored to file.
