O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3, particularly, the second respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for rectification of the entries made in the computerised patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.R.T.Vishnu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. On receipt of the representation made by the petitioner, a report was sought for from the Tahsildar and thereafter, there was no 2/4

progress. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.02.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
