ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "directing the respondents to regularize petitioner in service as a permanent Employee as Driver in Mobile Medical unit, Sivagiri Block, Erode District in the light of the order passed WP No.12643 of 2020 and the W.A.No.356 of 2022 duly considering petitioner representation given in person and also the representation dated to 2.3.2026 within the time."

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner joined as Driver in the 3rd respondent department on 25.10.2013 on daily wages. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.03.2026 to consider him for permanent employment. Since there was no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4.A mere perusal of the records would clearly show that the petitioner has made a representation dated 02.03.2026. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner

has rushed to the Court without even waiting for the representation to reach the respondents. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as a premature one. No costs.
