O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2016 and to file a First Information Report and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner sent a complaint dated 15.04.2016 by registered post to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Virudhampattu Police Station, Gandhi Nagar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public prosecutor for the respondents submitted that from the nature of the complaint, it has to be enquired only by the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Vellore.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person before the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Vellore, along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
