This petition is filed to stay the operation of the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.66 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, dated 16.08.2019.

2. This Court by its order dated 14.09.2021 has granted interim stay of passing of final decree alone in OS.No.66 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, until further orders.

3. It is seen from the records that service has been completed in the appeal and the main appeal is ripe for final hearing. Accordingly, the stay granted is made absolute and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
