Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to remove the lock and seal of bearing Door No.175, Thambu Chtty Street, Parrys, Chennai-1 to enable the petitioner to retrieve the office to recover the case bundles, robes and briefs and other belongings and to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2023 to remove the lock and seal of the building bearing Door No.175, Thambu Chetty Street, the lock and seal is not under due process of law as the same is highly illegal and highly arbitrary.
