Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent has misused the loan granted by the applicant to the respondent by not purchasing the equipments which are the subject matter of this application. In view of the same, learned counsel for the applicant seeks for closure of this application by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application to protect the interest of the applicant.
