This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.37672 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.37672 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 has been duly complied with, thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. In view of the above, since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
