O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner is the wife of the detenu. She has come up with this Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent for production of the detenu.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted this is the second time, the Petitioner's husband has eloped with another woman.

3. Hence, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, setting the detenu at liberty.
