ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, made a submission that the writ petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
